One of the missions of the The Sickle in Me Foundation is to help those directly who suffer from the disease. To give them hope that the communities they live in do care about their well being and their voices being heard. Starting in January 2019 we will be delivering care packages to those who suffer with SCD currently in the Hamilton and Toronto hospitals. We know the struggle and we want to break the stigma between those with SCD and the general community. If you are looking to donate to this cause and/or help with supplies needed to fill our care packages please click HERE. This will be a ongoing program we will be running to help spread care cause and concern alongside awareness of Sickle Cell Disease to those who suffer with it in our communities.
